Biography

Samantha L. Pryor is an attorney at The Halliburton Law Firm, LLC, who focuses her practice on car accidents, civil rights, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful termination – employee, employment law – employer, and litigation and appeals. In October of 2007, Mrs. Pryor was licensed to practice law. She has represented clients of various sizes in civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts over the course of her career.

Mrs. Pryor has represented clients in a wide variety of legal settings, including trials before juries and judges, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, small claims court, and administrative law proceedings. She currently works in the areas of employment and personal injury litigation. Her cases involve issues like discrimination, harassment, retaliation, slip-and-falls, and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs).

Mrs. Pryor has substantial experience in the field of motions practice and has garnered high praise for her skillful legal research, analysis, and writing from judges, peers, and clients alike.
